From your project root, run: npx impeccable install
Select Claude Code, Codex, or both in the installer, and choose project or global scope. Review the hook option during setup.
Reload the assistant and run /impeccable init. In Codex, open /hooks to approve the project hook; use $impeccable or /skills to find the skill.
