AI can help organise your words without replacing your judgment. Use your own notes and a short example of your writing to create one email or social post you would be comfortable sending.

How this helps your brand

Create a usable customer message while preserving your own voice and checking the next action. Keep a checked example to guide your next project.

  1. Step 1: Choose one reader and one action

An email to a customer and an Instagram caption need different detail. Write who will read it and what they should do next. Example: a customer should reply with their preferred appointment time.

  2. Step 2: Supply the raw material

List the real facts, offer terms, dates, and restrictions. Add a sample of your own writing and describe what you like about it, such as short sentences or a friendly opening. Remove private information you do not need for the draft.

  3. Step 3: Ask for two short drafts

Request a direct version and a warmer version with the same facts. Ask it to avoid slogans, exaggerated promises, and vague claims such as “revolutionary”. Compare which version feels natural when read aloud.

  4. Step 4: Edit the details yourself

Check names, dates, prices, links, and any implied promises. Replace language you would never say. If the message answers a factual question, verify the answer from an authoritative source rather than accepting the model’s explanation.

  5. Step 5: Send a test before the real message

For an email, send it to yourself and open the links on your phone. For a post, preview line breaks and image text. Keep the final approved version as your example for next time. The existing brand-voice and newsletter guides take this into a repeatable business process.

You're done when

  • Your draft preserves the supplied facts and sounds natural read aloud.
  • You tested the links and have one clear next action.
